How do you decorate a living room?

Using the living room as a bedroom is a daily reality for many Polish families. We should also keep in mind that it’s best to separate the sleeping area from the rest of the living room in some way. There are plenty of ways to divide the space, and choosing the right solution is a matter of personal preference. For this purpose, you can install a partition wall made of drywall. To avoid making the living room (and especially the dining area in an apartment building) appear smaller, it’s a good idea to design the partition so that it doesn’t reach the ceiling but ends about 30 cm below it. An economical yet very stylish solution is to set up a decorative screen or hang long curtains next to the bed, secured to ceiling-mounted rails. Thanks to these elements, the bedroom area is given the necessary privacy, and the entire interior gains a cozy feel and character. At the boundary between the bedroom and living room, you can also place a double-sided bookcase that reaches from the floor almost to the ceiling. It’s a good idea to display books, decorations, and flowers on it to make the entire modern room feel inviting and atmospheric. And finally, perhaps the most popular solution in recent months—a living room with vertical blinds. These space-saving vertical partitions perfectly divide the interior and look stylish to boot. They’re available in various sizes (thinner or thicker) and a wide range of colors, making it easy to find the right model.
